Carefree purification.  That is what CBgroep stands for.  And we take that very seriously.  Because as a manager, you naturally want to concentrate fully on your main activities (animals, feed, composting, manure processing, etc ...), without having to worry about your air treatment installation.  Through a built-in mobile phone card, more than 25 parametres of your installation are forwarded for processing every hour of the day, so that we can monitor your installation 24/7 and intervene when necessary.  In parallel, the data processor sends notifications, warnings or alarms to our technical service and/or you as the operator through smart logarithms.  Our technician can then remotely access your installation as well as check the digital logs.

Immediate intervention

Our service department periodically approaches your installation and carefully examines your parametres in order to immediately suppress any warnings or alarms.  Are we detecting a problem?  Then we access your installation remotely to carry out further investigation.

Welke gegevens zijn sowieso verplicht?

✔️ Geleidbaarheid waswater (mS/cm)
✔️ Waswaterdebiet (m³/u)
✔️ Spuiwaterproductie (m³)
✔️ Drukval (Pa)

Mogelijk ook verplicht:
✔️ Elektriciteitsverbruik van de waswaterpomp(en) (kWh)
✔️ Temperatuur van het waswater (°C) bij biologische systemen

Deze uitgebreide opvolging helpt je niet alleen om wettelijk in orde te zijn, maar geeft je ook waardevolle inzichten om je luchtwasser efficiënter te laten werken.

Alarmen? Standaard inbegrepen. 

Wist je dat het niet alleen om meten gaat?
Je bent ook verplicht een alarmfunctie te hebben.
Deze alarmen zorgen ervoor dat je onmiddellijk gewaarschuwd wordt wanneer je luchtzuiveringssysteem niet optimaal functioneert.

Met PASmonitor gebeurt dit automatisch:
✅ Real-time waarschuwingen bij afwijkende waarden
✅ Alarmmeldingen direct via e-mail
✅ Volledige traceerbaarheid van incidenten

Zo ben je altijd op de hooogte én kan je snel ingrijpen.

Automatische data-uitwisseling

Volgens de regelgeving moeten alle geregistreerde waarden vanaf 2026 niet alleen elektronisch opgeslagen worden, maar ook onmiddellijk en automatisch doorgestuurd worden naar een internetloket dat de overheid ter beschikking stelt, zodra dit operationeel is.

Andere partijen, zoals je onderhoudsfirma, de Mestbank of de toezichthoudende overheid, moeten deze gegevens kunnen raadplegen.

Dat internetloket heet ARMOS (AmmoniakemissieReductie MOnitoringsSysteem).
Op dit moment is ARMOS nog in aanbouw, maar met PASmonitor ben je hier al perfect op voorbereid:
✅ Alle gemeten parameters worden automatisch en continu opgeslagen.
✅ Zodra het internetloket live gaat, kunnen de gegevens vlot doorgestuurd worden.
✅ Vandaag kan onze onderhouds- en screeningspartner Mircon je data al inkijken en opvolgen.

LOGGING OF OPERATING PARAMETERS

Data such as pump frequency, drainwater quantity and water consumption, acidity and conductivity, temperature, pressure drop, ventilation flow rate and ammonia concentration are transmitted to the PASmonitor several times a day.

GRAPHS AND FILE MANAGEMENT

Proper operation is visualised on easily accessible graphs.  Maintenance and technical documents are grouped in a digital library.

VISuaLISATION PACKAGE

Using a computer or smartphone connected to the internet, you can view and remotely control the installation.  Simple and user-friendly.

NOTIFICATIONS

Downtime and anomalies are reported electronically to the operator, who in turn can forward these notifications to other parties.

FOLLOW-UP

During the start-up period, there is electronic follow-up by our technical team.  At the customer's request, adjustments can be made where necessary, both technical and software-related.  This can often be carried out remotely, thus limiting interventions on site.

CBGROEP SOFTWARE

The PASmonitor was developed in-house: stable software, easily expandable.  In this way, the installation is armed against adaptive legislation.
