Valves in the breeding, pregnancy and maternity wards ensure fresh air supply in the house.  Three air-scrubbing units from CBgroep extract the air directly and without a central extraction duct out of the stable.   The units were custom-built in the workshop of CBgroep in Staden and each of them is equipped with a pressure chamber for the installation of fans and/or extraction diaphragms.  After installation, the outlet of each unit was worked out in a plastic panel to the bottom of the roof.  Ventilation shafts were used in order to make the roof waterproof.  The three units were connected to one washing water circuit and a central control room with a Draineater.
