Lightweight four-compartment bioscrubber

Cornwall (England)

Discover the realisation

To reduce odour and ammonia emissions, two separate air scrubber units were installed between two piglet stables, each of them consisting of four compartments.  Four piglet sections are each connected directly to an air scrubbing unit.  As a result, the ventilation does not need to be converted.  There is no water in the air scrubbers, so these lightweight units can be placed on a frame very easily.  One centralised control room ensures minimum investment cost.  This installation was built for an Irish farmer at his pig farm in the Cornwall region of Southern England.
